J. Lowell Tye, age 36, passed away June 18, 1991 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was born October 22, 1954, in Taylorsville, Utah, a son of Warren and Elizabeth Gerrard Tye. Married Ann Marie Elegante July 22,1975, in Salt Lake City. Marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple.

Active in LDS Church. He served in the Canada Calgary Mission. He also enjoyed most sports, hunting and fishing. He was a wonderful husband, father, son and friend.

He is survived by his wife; two sons and three daughters, Michael, Michelle, Patricia, Kirsten, and Mathew; parents Warren and Betty Tye; Tony and Virginia Elegante; one brother and five sisters, Mrs. Terry (Barbara) Wasik; Mrs. Brent (Christine) Osborne; Rodney G. Tye; Mrs. Terry (Allison)Trease; Cheryl Tye; and Maryanne Tye.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, June 22 at the Taylorsville Stake Center. Interment in the Taylorsville Cemetery.
